Terms of Service — Flow Monetizer

1. Who we are

Flow Monetizer ('we', 'us') provides a hosted creator money desk. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Creator accounts

You must be 18+. You are responsible for the content you publish, the offers you sell, and the accuracy of your payout details.

3. Payments & payouts

Fan payments are made in ETH and held in Flow Monetizer escrow until released to your Ethereum wallet. ETH is the only payout currency. Our 5% platform fee is disclosed on your dashboard; network gas costs apply to each release.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal, deceptive, infringing, or high-risk content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Refunds & disputes

Creators set their own refund policy. Chargebacks are debited from your balance.

6. Termination

Either party may close the account. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

The service is provided 'as is'. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to us in the prior 12 months.
